Overview
Radiology is a medical imaging technique that uses X-radiation, ultrasound, scanners and magnetic resonance for the purpose of medical diagnosis. Interventional radiology is a minimally invasive therapeutic method that uses this technique, covering all areas of medicine.
Services
Our Radiology facilities at ZHUMC include three rooms for conventional digitalized radiology, dedicated to conventional examinations of chest, abdomen, skeleton, urography, barytes, and hystero-salpingography. Our facilities are also equipped with digital mammography and a BMD mineral bone density meter, as well as three ultrasound machines, a CT scanner, a magnetic resonance unit, and a complete unit of extracorporeal lithotripsy for the treatment of urinary calculus using both X-rays and echography for measuring and tracing calculus.
